The fact that he couldn't admit to that basic fact without tacking on a whole litany of caveats to it, while saying the exact reverse without a shred of hesitation of caveats, shows exactly what he's all about. In a roundabout verbose way, he is just saying that they did crimes, so they deserve their poverty, even though poverty obviously happened first. They were born into it before they ever even did a crime.

  2. So what if crime DID spike because of the BLM movement? Even if somehow concretely nailed down in no uncertain terms that the BLM protests were the primary cause of crime spikes all to itself, what's his point? Is he saying that it shouldn't have happened? That people should not be demonstrating outrage over the needless deaths of George Floyd and so many others? That even though the vast majority of the protests went without incident, the entire movement should tuck their tails between their legs and shut up as they keep getting street executed? That's not much of a justice system, now is it, "Actual Justice" Warrior? There's supposed to be a judge and jury first, but he's not mad at that, he's mad at the people mad at about that. This is just your run-of-the-mill laundered racism focusing on the symptoms of a racist society instead of the causes. All these apologists for the rampant scumbag cop culture keep stepping on black people and then be shocked that they snap at some point, and then blame their blackness for their snapping instead of the boot that's on them. Blame black culture, but not cop culture? Even though the police profession is more specific of a culture than an entire skin tone?
