Sam Seder NEEDS to colonize Matt Walsh's house Matt Walsh's children (or at least his children's children, but I think even his current children will be immediately thankful), will eventually be in improved conditions after the fact due to the separate matter of scientific progress, industrialization, and secular liberal capitalism, so it is morally imperative for Sam Seder to do this, and the loss of Matt Walsh will be more than worth it (especially if Sam Seder's descendants get to write the history books)
