  1. That's the case even with elected politicians, let alone unelected ones. And yes, the Supreme Court judges are more politician than honest custodians of the law at this point, if they can just throw away whatever they don't like baselessly just out of change of the political disposition of the total members. Remember, they said they wouldn't do what they did with Roe v. Wade, and they did it anyway, so they are liars only trying to advance their careers just like politicians are
