And he's mad that a guy with lower percentage of approval by the voting public didn't get the seat anyway, through sheer Republican machinations? Larry Elder's conditions for victory would mean replacing a majority vote leader with a minority vote leader just because people being asleep the second time and not defending him to stay in the seat he duly won that worse people in his position get to keep unchallenged. Republicans just LOVE when the odds are skewed towards them having less amounts of people on their side yet winning anyway, don't they? Democracy at work, people!
