Using that language, abortion rights are a "consequence" of your religion failing to prove its god or why anyone should listen to him in an increasingly enlightened world that shows the overall irrelevance of the Bible in meeting any of today's questions or concerns. If you simply presented a compelling case against abortion, people would stop wanting them. Or maybe blame your god for creating a world that's shitty to raise kids in in the first place. "Children are a consequence of sex" and having only one arm is a consequence of a birth defect, doesn't mean I can't seek a prosthetic man-made medical science solution to problems God arbitrarily randomly curses us with. We have the means to solve nature's annoyances, so why shouldn't we? Because that would get in the way of Michael Know-nothing's magical idea of paradise on earth, where people are only allowed to act in ways Michael and his interpretation of a children's fairytale book approves of?
