I use uBlock Origin, but am not technical enough to use or even know about any of those other things you listed. So I think Google DOES have my data. They have my watch history which feeds into their algorithm, my clicks and views and subs and comments are engagement numbers which increase their value, and this account was made when I was a teenager. I don't think there is a way to make them not have the data they have, they already have it, and they're not gonna give it up.
