  1. I wonder if the new shift to trans people takes the load off of gays a little bit? Just like how they eventually moved on from black men voting and then moving onto another thing, and then women voting to get distracted with a new thing, and then interracial couples, and so on until they end of time when they eventually, maybe, run out of minorities to scapegoat. Sadly, for now, the trans people have to take the full brunt of it, but hopefully that at least allows the gays to slip past by as a done issue; even though it's not a done issue and they obviously want to go back to making that illegal again too, they have to spend on their mental energy on the latest dumb thing
