  1. Both Trump impeachments were House only, with denial at Senate. But you still would say in Trump's case, the mere House-initiation of the impeachment, with or without conviction, was significant, no? Do impeachments at the House matter, or not matter? Or is it only when it passes through the Senate that it matters? Because the tone of reporting these different impeachments is inconsistent, even though I can't even remember a impeachment going all the way through to a Senate conviction.
