@bob84290 no... countries react according to thier history and kinship they feel towards each other. In the case of Ukraine Belarus Serbia there has always been a culture of russophilia. If you look at certain parts of USA there is a culture of Anglophilia (though I remember the time when the queen went to the USA and people absolutely hated her) there is a bit of francophobia in Britain and for the longest time they hated Germany. It's not unnatural. Geography is reality. Britain is hated for its colonial era but people also have a certain kinship towards Britain in common wealth.

@bob84290 I'm not saying they are not friends, I'm sure you have heard of francophobia. You'll see the British were the main francophobes during the Napoleon era. Obviously as Douglas Murray once said people feel a certain kinship towards France because France is near Britain and they don't feel much about if there is a terrorist attack in Lebanon. @bob84290 about your second point, the answer is very simple every action has an equal and opposite reaction. And I actually like brits, I like Americans, I like French and Spanish and Italian. But Right or far right and Fart left is on the rise because of the Left Libs and Neolibralism and Neo cons who messed up public trust after the Iraq war. That's mainly done by Bush, dick Cheney (Neocon) and Blair (neolib).
