  1. There are various islamic countries that fall under the area of influence of either Soviet union/ Russia (Left wing) or US (Right wing). But the flavour of Islam has remained the same with it's expansionist goals remain intact. Left wing Russian Soviet influence 1) Iraq 2) Syria 3) Libya 4) Iran Right wing USA influence 1) Saudi Arabia 2) Qatar 3) UAE 4) Egypt 5) Turkey 6) Pakistan I know it shatters people's world view but the truth is America is the biggest enabler of Islamofascism in the world, with it's support for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, Pakistan, UAE, Mujahideens against the Soviets and support for Chechens against Russians. If you have snakes in your closet, and you get bitten by it may be you should analyse your own actions.
