Take three steps back and Think about it for a second, that Gorbachev might be the only person who was serious about nuclear proliferation, unlike the nasty and cunning Americans who say things to just string you along and then just backstab you. In this game of politics America might just be the most ruthless player ever. Politics is a dirty game and in that game, America is the dirtiest player in that game. The only country that has used nuclear weapons and has justified it.
