Except if, BlackRock, Vanguard and Democrat party donors will be doing this deal then the Republicans will cry foul about war profiteering and military industrial complex. But in the same token Wasn't Zelensky asking for "investments" from BlackRock, Vanguard and other big businesses to invest in Ukraine.
