  1. Navalny polled at 2 percent. Vladimir Putin won the election with 60 percent of the popular vote in every election he's faced and has an approval rating of 84 percent. The idea that Navalny was this great political rival to Putin is just ludicrous. Navalny was polling at 2 percent, it's the equivalent of Joe Biden taking Cenk Ugyur seriously.
