Dilemma of American Left
1) America is born out of a massacre of the Native Indian population: Yes
2) America dropped nukes on Japan was a bit too excessive and it was a War Crime: Yes

4) American actions in Vietnam war and use of Cluster bombs was a war crime: Yes

6) American actions in Cuba, Venezuela, Chile, Indonesia, East Timor, Guatemala, Korea, and South America and Middle East were really dark cynical politics by US: Yes

8) Americans have elevated dictatorships and elevated Criminals like Henry Kissinger to the highest offices: Yes
9) America has supported Mujahideens, Qataris, Saudis and ISIS is sheer criminal conduct : Yes
10) America has supported dictatorships around the world and it's foreign policy and domestic policies are abhorrent: Yes

Donald Trump is the most American president ever. Donald Trump is the most American person even, He's a showman, He's Smart, He's funny, He's charming, He's disloyal, He's Vulgar, He can be a bit Crass, He's Selfish, He's narcissistic, He's street smart, he can be blunt, He knows things broadly, he's doesn't know anything specifically, he has vague knowledge of anything, he has a high self image of himself, he likes to brag about himself and his money (very much an American quality), he's unapologetic, he's a bundle of contradiction, and He's amazingly fit for a guy who eats horrible food.
DONALD TRUMP is the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
He's right on few things and he's wrong on few things. Like most American's he has an image of being dumb and stupid.
In a weird sort of way, He's a symptom of where America is and a microcosm of what America is.
People who like him, like him for who he is, people who dislike him, dislike for who he is. People who hate him, hate him for who he is and what he represents, In a way they hate themselves and (hate the ugly parts of America and they see the ugly parts of America in him), and the Americans who love him, love him for who he is.
People try to argue policy difference between Democrat and Republican.
But, Post Cold war America' policies haven't changed much, George Bush sr, Bill Clinton, George Bush jr, Barack Obama, Donald Trump and Joe Biden have pretty much the same policies with some minor differences here and there.
Infact, Donald Trump ruled in pretty much like the Romney Ryan model. Obviously there is a difference in foreign policy, for which he gets push back from the establishment which thinks America should be the "Global Policeman of the world" and never allow itself to be the second biggest power in the world which is the Nixon model.(Widely accepted notion on both sides Democrat and Republican as well as on the Right and Left).
Because, America likes to be the Global Policeman of the World, they just don't like to admit it, that they like to be the Global Policeman of the world.

The Left likes to claim everything that Noam Chumpsky says as Gospel truths until he says the one thing that's pretty obvious to say about America.
That, America is an Evil Empire and almost like a Terrorist state.
It has done everything that it claims all evil Empires do and/or it has already done those evil actions.
Hitler was really impressed with America because of what Americans did to the Native population.
It's the most obvious thing to point that out.
The Left in America doesn't like what America is or has done in the past but what they do like is basically "AMERICAN POWER", the left has always been about Power, Where ever the left has come in power they have always come in power with an intention of a Power grab.
The left in America wants that power so that they can point the gun back on the people they don't like.
The American Federal government is like a Giant gun people just want to take it and point at whoever they don't like. The Neo Conservatives do that too, and the Left Wing Trotskyites did it too.
"America Bad" was invented by the Left so that they can use the same talking points of the NeoCons but not associate themselves with the NeoCons.
The only country that has used nukes in Japan, napalm bombs in Korea, Cluster Bombs in Vietnam and carpet bombed Iraq. In addition to its actions in South America, Africa, Asia and Europe. Along with with it's atrocities on the Native population in America.(Including by Abe Lincoln)
The Left in America doesn't like to admit these things because they are interested in "American Power" too. So, that when they have that power they can use it against their preffered political opponent just like the Neo cons have used it.
The Left in America is the McDonald's version of Tacos. Additionally, It's also a myth that Americans don't have a left, yes they have a left, the Trotskyite left were one of the most vicious recruits in American foreign policy. Most Neo Cons started on the left.
If there is something called the morden day Nazis then it was Mujahideens, Qataris, Saudis and ISIS. All of them were supported by the Americans. In fact there is a video of Noam Chumpsky of how Americans were supporting Hitler and the Nazis and they had plenty of support in America.
And if you look at The old habits of America that has not changed.
America will always do the wrong thing until it gets forced to do the right thing. (After a couple of planes hit New York or Pearl harbour).

When I hear about how the world needs a "Strong America" from jokers like John Oliver, then I have to say this, America has been the most powerful country in the world since world war 2. Just Look what they have done around the world.
Every chumpskite who likes to quote Chumpsky in America to show their left wing bona fides, always stops short of saying what Chumpsky has always said about America, by not saying that America is the most evil empire on earth that has ever existed, and its actions are almost terrorist like, maybe because they think that, it's a bit too harsh or they want to be polite.
But if you look at the facts, America is the only country that was born out of a massacre of the native population, then the only country to drop nukes in Japan, napalm in Korea, Cluster bombs in Vietnam and carpet bomb Iraq.
In addition to what they have done in Brazil, South America, Middle East, Africa, East Timor, Guatemala and Chile etc etc.
The assessment that US is the most brutal evil Empire that has existed, might be actually true.
America is a "Democracy".
America elected Lyndon B Johnson, George Bush, and Barack Obama.
Americans had a 70-72 percent approval rating for wars in Afghanistan, Iraq and Vietnam.
Also Americans: "You cannot blame American people for the actions of thier government"

Post World War 2,
We are living in the Era of The American Empire,
We are also living in the Era of Neo Colonialism(indirect control),
We are also living in the era of Weasel politicians, who would bow down to anyone with money.
And America is the queen of indirect control.
Once Neo Colonialism collapses Democracies will thrive.
Basically, after the second world war America has been running from third base to fourth base and calling themselves winner of the "world series".
The era of China has begun, though the era of America is not completly lost.
China is strong but not that strong.
America is weak but not that weak.
So, in this contest America will try to use G7 countries China will try to use Brics+ (Iran and Saudi Arabia).
That tells you the era of a multi polar world is upon us.
Whoever controls the middle east controls the world, The Europeans once controlled the middle east so they ruled the world, now America controls the middle east so it controls the world, if the indications are true tomorrow China is going to control the world and global economy because they have forged a relationship with Middle East.
They are the going to be the defacto epicenter of the global economy and trade in the coming years.
Where America has reached in 240 years, China has reached there in 40 years.
Take that American Capitalism!
The name of the game is Capitalism.
"Who knew China (Communist party of China) is going to be so good at it?"
China is winning because USA has allowed it to win, which is the biggest foreign policy blunder in the last 40 years.
China' owes "it's whole success" to a series of poor foreign policy decision by America (The West) which is to involve China in WTO and shifted evey job from Detroit to Shanghai, Apparently the wonders of capitalism was supposed to make China more "democratic" nither did that happen nor did it drive a wedge between Soviet Russia and China. It has created a more powerful China and Russia alliance. Which is extremely hard to counter for the west.
By 2030-32 China is going to become the largest economy in world which is going to be a massive change in the world and if it's goes really bad for US and it collapses then we might be ushered into a new era.
There is nothing as soft power, there is hard power and everything flows from there.
That's true for American Empire, Russia, China and the British Empire.
In America the political parties change but the policies don't change,
In China the political party don't change but the policies change all the time. Till America doesn't change course it is in for a rough ride for the next couple of decades.

China is no more authoritarian than it was, during the Chairman Mao days or during Deng Xiaoping or Xi Jinping.
In fact they are much closer to the kinds of countries, rulers, dictatorships and establishments America normally aligns itself with.
The only problem that Americans have with China is that, Right now they are within hitting distance of dethroning America from its number 1 spot. America is acting like a TINPOT DICTATOR of the world that is butt hurt by the success of new kid on the block that is China.
They wanted to separate China from the Soviet union because the combined force of those two would be a bit too much to handle for America.
They didn't want to be close to China because they like China or have respect for Chinese. They came close to China because they hate the Soviet Union (Russia) more.
It's not because they "thought" China will become some kind of democracy because of capitalism.
Same reason, China was brought in the WTO as a way to lure them away from Russia. The same way, in the earlier days they courted Putin too, because they were beginning to be weary of Chinese ambitions.
Converting China into a democracy is a silly story they tell the kids in "Georgetown and Columbia University" to Propagandise them (and call it education).
America is in the business of hating others and loving itself. (No wonder Self Loving Donald Trump is the president of the United States)
Making China a democracy, was neither the goal, nor was it ever going to happen and every one knew it.
Neither did the Chinese ever had any willingness to become a democracy of any sorts.
What America hates is that, China has committed the blasphemy of developing fast, and becoming the second largest economy in the world and that it became a natural contender to America and a direct threat to it's superpower status, that's the only mistake of China.
In World War 2, Europe destroyed itself because of a direct clash between the European Empires and the rest of the world was living under the boots of colonialism while being robbed of their honour and wealth by their colonial masters and were subjugated completely, they also faced the effects of the war.
America was the last man standing after world war 2 mainly because of their geography.
America ran from the third base to fourth base and called themselves a winner of the WORLD SERIES.
Since Deng Xiaoping, China has run from first base and now they have nearly caught up with America.
The name of the game is Capitalism, who knew China was going to be so good at it.
There is a side of America that every one sees but we continue to ignore, is this obsession with being number 1 (whatever that means).
Have you ever asked what happens if someday, because of some situations they are not number 1? What happens if they are not number 1?
They will burn the world to the ground if they are not number 1. America is just that Jingoistic.
If you look at them since 2016 they are getting crazier and crazier.
