  1. United states is world champion in manufacturing one evil person after another Henry Kissinger, Madeline Albright, Victoria Nuland, Condelezza Rice,Susan Rice. Victoria Nuland has resigned that doesn't mean she would lose influence.(She was also promoted a couple of months ago) She is a specialist in failure. Calling Victoria Nuland a diplomat is a huge over statement. I think they asked her to resign because she has become a lightning rod that attacks criticism for any thing she does and doesn't do. I think she will still be involved in this adminstration albiet not directly in the government.
