Whenever Americans tell me, "America needs to invest in education" I always tell them America is never going to do that. Because others do it. It's not by accident, it's by design. America will never invest in education plus the countless man hours in education, because other countries invest in education, America just outbids them in the Job market to cause a brain drain.
