  1. I have never admired him, he is too speculative. He doesn't say what he thinks rather he says things that he wants you to think. He corrupts history by his speculative untruths. But He's a court jester historian and has inside access (Rothschild, Kissinger, Hoover institute etc) so people tend to believe him. However, he comes across as completely dishonest to me. Him behaving like a pompous prick is just comes across as another facade. If he wasn't Ayan hirsi Ali' husband people would have forgotten about him.

At the heart of America' insecurities, is actually the thought, that the Americans didn't win the world war, or atleast they couldn't do it without Russia' help, actually the Soviets have a much bigger contribution in ending the Nazi regime than the Americans, Maybe that's why Americans feel the need to equate everything to world war 2 and draw some kind of a parallel storyline, where their enemies are Hitler and they are Captain America in the movie, they are trying to convince themselves that they had won the war but in thier minds they know it is the Russians who sacrificed a lot more and thier contribution is much more greater. And Yes! Americans were on the winning side but thier main contribution was mainly of weapons supply which is what they do best, they are the largest supplier of weapons in the world.(Lend lease agreement)

Niall Ferguson is not taken seriously in Britain anymore most of his theories about "Positives of the British Empire", his stance on Israel, Capitalism, Rothschild fantasies, Islam, EU, Thatcher, Brexit and Kissinger foreign policy have been debunked and/or not taken seriously by the masses anymore. (Just an observation and not a critique) The only people who take him seriously are upper class intelligentsia who work in media and have a hatred of Russia or have reservations about China and basically like to dick ride America and see the world through the lens of balance of Power and AMERICA as the best way to achieve their fantasies.
