Say for suppose An American under age girl was sexually assaulted by a guy name (Prince) Andrew. Can he be summoned by American authorities and courts to be investigated in America (because Britain and the US have such a "Special Relationship") and can he be tried in the court of Law??? If the answer is NO! Do you really believe the world you are living in?
