Britain has to get out of the mindset that its former colonies owe it vassalage and owe something to them or have pledged their allegiance to them, and their enemies are the enemies of the rest of the world (as Nelson Mandela says). And when called upon in Its "hour of the need" all the former colonies should line up to help it's Colonial master. (This also applies to all the Ex Empires of Europe)
