May be Qatar should pay Reparations to migrant Labours as well as rehabilitate all the Palestinians in Qatar with thier leaders. There is no Palestinian state, If you ever create a Palestinian state it's going to become like a Pakistan and it will try to hold you to Ransom everytime. Creation of Palestinian state by America is akin to Creation of Pakistan by Britain.
