One of the things I realised about this "lived experience business" is that it's not my lived experience that they care about, but actually thier ethereal vision of "ideal lived experience" that they care about, which they expect me to follow. And it goes both ways from labour to Conservative. Conservatives believe that I am a pawn and have to fight thier wars in far away lands. Labour doesn't care about immigration at home and I have to be a social experiment of thier ideal world view.
