  1. The Vietnam war was a disaster and The Iraq war was a disaster the idea that if you are with America, then you are on the right side of history is completely obnoxious. This thing that either you are with us or you are against us comes right out of a Jihadi playbook, it almost comes across as a Jihadi sentiment. Any jihadi would be proud of this sentiment by Americans. On the other side, the idea that if you just hold your nose and suck up to America the way Britain does, that does not work out well for you as well. If you look at the Iraq war, and the way Britian and Tony Blair behaved as if it is a Global lieutenant of America, was criminally shameful. It might have worked out for Tony Blair financially, but in the long term, it didn't work out well for Britian. The job of the British army is to protect the borders of Britain instead they are guarding Oil fields in Iraq for American intrests. That's what happens if you blindly follow the American Empire, it starts a war in a region and then expects full subservience from you. Then they, gives you a lollipop of ideas like freedom and democracy to suck upon, while you are actually serving, the American intrests. That is what they do. That's just what they do. The World has everything for everyone' needs but not enough for America' greed.
