Donald Trump is the most American president ever. He is also the most American looking man ever. Donald Trump is the most American person even, He's a showman, He's Smart, He's funny, He's charming, He's disloyal, He's Vulgar, He can be a bit Crass, He's Selfish, He's narcissistic, He's street smart, he can be blunt, He knows things broadly, he's doesn't know anything specifically, he has vague knowledge of anything, he has a high self image of himself, he likes to brag about himself and his money (very much an American quality), he's unapologetic, he's a bundle of contradiction, and He's amazingly fit for a guy who eats horrible food.
DONALD TRUMP IS AMERICA.
Donald Trump is shameless just like America is known to be shameless on the international stage. He's right on few things and he's wrong on few things. Like most American's he has an image of being dumb and stupid.
In a weird sort of way he's, He's a symptom of where America is and a microcosm of where America is.
People who like him, like him for who he is, people who dislike him, dislike for he is. People who hate him, hate him for who he is and what he represents, In a way they hate themselves and (hate the ugly parts of America and they see the ugly parts of America in him), and the Americans who love him, love him for who he is.
People try to argue policy difference between Democrat and Republican.
But, Post Cold war America' policies haven't changed much, George Bush sr, Bill Clinton, George Bush jr, Barack Obama, Donald Trump and Joe Biden have pretty much the same policies with some minor differences here and there.
Infact, Donald Trump ruled in pretty much like the Romney Ryan model. Obviously there is a difference in foreign policy, for which he gets push back from the establishment which thinks America should be the "Global Policeman of the world" and never allow itself to be the second biggest power in the world which is the Nixon model.(Widely accepted notion on both sides Democrat and Republican as well as on the Right and Left).
Because, America likes to be the Global Policeman of the World, they just don't like to admit it, that they like to be the Global Policeman of the world.
Even the ardent leftist will tell you Donald Trump pretty much ruled like the Romney Ryan model.

America and India are both democracies but these are two like charges that repel each other.
Pakistan is a lot more similar to USA than One would think.
Both Pakistan and USA are run by a Deep State.
The Pakistani Deep State is of Mullahs, Chaudhari Zamindars, Army and ISI.
And
America has Deep state that consists of military industrial complex and wall Street.(Micimatt)
America has a deep state just like Pakistan has a deep state, may be that's why the two get along so well. America can tell them what to do and they'll just do it.
There is a 75 year data on Pakistan, Go look back at that history you will notice the same pattern again and again.
Both Pakistan and USA are deeply religious countries.
In America, you would need the Evangelist vote to win an election. All the Pakistani politicians lean into thier religion to get elected.
You can say that India and Israel are religious countries too, but both India and Israel are more culturally religious and more non denomination in nature. Most Hindus are just *"Hindus who celebrate diwali"*.
Indians and Chinese indigenous religious groups that are entwined with cultural and civilizational history of each country. Which is where India and China have a lot more in common with each other.
And
Most Jews are just Hanukkah celebrating Jews and nothing more.
Where as a lot of Americans behave like Bible thumping Christians and most Pakistanis behave like are Quran thumping Islamist.
Obviously, In the Rest of the world no one takes each of them seriously, on thier claim of the religion.
Saudis and Arabs mock the Pakistanis for thier claim on Islam.
And
The early Christian nations in Europe don't take America's claim on Christianity seriously.
Europeans don't take America' claim on being a guardian of "Western Civilizations" seriously or American claims of being "Irish" or "Italian" seriously as is it is with Americans claim on Christianity. America also rejects the civilizational history of the Native Americans.
Both America and Pakistan have directly or indirectly funded terrorists and terrorists groups as well as both US and Pakistan have engaged in genocide of the natives.
And Guess what! Both America and Pakistan have topped the list of the biggest threat to Global peace.
Just look at the situation now.
Money is fungible until Americans pay Pakistan or Saudis or Qataris or Mujahideens.
So, Even though there are lot of great things about America and there is not much great about Pakistan, (on the power structure of the Deep state) US and Pakistan are a lot similar.
Some Indians have this weird colonial hangover to be liked by The West and The West have constantly chosen Pakistan over India.
1) Did they like India when (Mahatma) Gandhi was around? No.
(They called him half naked fakir)
2) Did they like India when Nehru was around? No.
(They chose Gen Ayub Khan on one side and Chairman Mao on the other side)
3) Did they like India when Indira Gandhi was around? No.
(We have heard the Richard Nixon tapes)
4) Did they like India when Manmohan Singh was around? No.
(They had a huge problem with India buying oil from Iran, they were upset with india in the UN for position on Syria and for non intervention position in Libya, The civil nuclear deal with US has gone nowhere)
5) Do they like India when Modi is around? No.
If Pakistan is such a great democracy why does every Pakistan prime minister and Pakistani elites end up New york, London or Dubai and gets replaced by Army chiefs (Dictators).
I actually welcome US and Pakistan relationship and don't mind it at all. Infact I'll push America into the arms of Pakistan.
Pakistan is poison that will eventually kill America. (So, goodluck with that)
And
To be an enemy of America is dangerous but to be a friend is absolutely lethal.
Take Britain as an example which has chosen to have Relationships with both Pakistan and USA:-
Take a look at Britian and how the Pakistanis have completely subjugated Britain.
Then let's have a Look at Britian' special relationship with US, where they basically dragged Britain into the Iraq war and expected full loyalty from Britain and Tony Blair.
Now, Britain and Tony Blair have completely lost it's face on the international stage while Americans have rehabilitated George Bush as an Michelle Obama's dumb slow friend.
India' relationship with Russia is a challenging for the west. It's not challenging for India at all.
If India is asked to choose between US and Russia, that's a pretty easy choice to make, we will choose Russia everytime.
We like America from a distance and have no problems with it, but we love Russia. Even a child in India knows that Russians have been our friends. There is nothing US can do to break India Russia friendship.
You don't drop old friends like Russian just because you have new partners. India and US are partners but not allies and we like it this way. That's not an Anti-American point it's a pro India point.
Nothing good ever comes from joining the American Empire, they will just drag you in an unnecessary war and expect fealty from you, like they did it with Britian and Tony Blair in the Iraq War.
America has been a country for 248 years, it has been in war with the world for 235 years. America has had wars with...
1) With people don't look like Americans
2) With people don't follow the American economic system
3) With people who don't have the same political system
4) With people who don't have the American approved leaders
5) With people who don't follow speak the American Language, follow the American Religion, are not of the American "approved" Race.
6) With countries who have the Wrong Foreign policy according to the Americans.
World has everything for everyone' needs but doesn't have enough for America' greed.
When you have 35 security agencies, that' not a sign of secure country but a sign of an insecure country.
At the heart of America' insecurities about Russia, is actually the thought, that the Americans didn't win the world war (on thier own as sometimes they'd like to portray), or atleast they couldn't do it without Russia' help, actually the Soviets have a much bigger contribution in ending the Nazi regime than the Americans, Maybe that's why Americans feel the need to equate everything to world war 2 and draw some kind of a parallel storyline, where their enemies are Hitler and they are Captain America in the movie, they are trying to convince themselves that they had won the war but in thier minds they know it is the Russians who sacrificed a lot more and thier contribution is much more greater.
And Yes! Americans were on the winning side but thier main contribution was mainly of weapons supply, which is what they do best, they are the largest supplier of weapons in the world.(Lend lease agreement is thier main contribution).
America is a country that has not faced a war on it's shores till Japan attacked pearl harbour, and they have a pretty skewed view of what a land war to protect it's borders looks like.
Instead, America fights pre emptive wars, you can say that the war they have against Donald Trump is actually a pre emptive war.
They see him as Hitler and are fighting a pre emptive war against him.
Even the ardent American leftist will tell you that basically the Donald Trump ruled a bit like the Romney Ryan model.
Jan 6 was unique event, but the country that argues that second amendment is for protection against government tyranny, it's unusual that somehow the Jan 6 protestors never brought thier Guns to that fight!
In the end it was just bad behaviour by Trump supporters.
There are defensive wars and there are offensive wars. Like the Iraq war and the Vietnam wars are just preemptive defensive wars and "Afghanistan War", "War on Terror" was a offensive war.
In the end these are nothing but "Area of Influence wars", against countries that the Americans perceive to be in the area of influence of Russia. Those countries are often attacked directly or indirectly by The US or they are coerced into following the American Dictats by sanctions or Global financial system of IMF or World Bank.
The Americans have no war against Saudi Arabia or Qatar or Pakistan which are in the area of influence of America.
If and when there is a clash of civilizations like in WW2, My guess is that America will do just enough at the right time to come to the right side of history, and then claim they were right all along.
They might even claim to be the only one to be responsible for the victory in this clash of civilizations.
In the end, Americans are always there to take credit of something they never intended to do.
Everyone else' "Nationalism" is Jingoism but "America' Nationalism" is just "American Exceptionalism".
May a thousand flowers bloom in America, I just don't want them in India.
May they get thier free health care from Britain, free education like France, Trains from Germany, Socialism from Scandinavia With Bernie Sanders or AOC as thier President. I still don't want them in India.
If India and US go thier own separate ways my guess is each will be just fine on it's own.
As far as US India Relationship is concerned. I'd leave that to US.
If America wants to have a relationship with India,
What kind of relationship they want with India,
And
If they don't want to have any relations with India.
From my side I'm pretty comfortable with not having any relations with United States, infact if it's left to me I'll even send the US ambassador in India back to America.
India is not going to be the Global Lieutenant of United States like Tony Blair.
