Selling his book, telling you the benefits of the nuclear deal, which didn't even come, but now that every one knows that these deals with America seem to go no where, he's pulling a mental gymnastics telling you that "the Civil nuclear Deal" is not important but actually the Symbolism of the deal is important. Shekhar Gupta saying the government was rewarded by the indian electorate because of civil nuclear deal tells you how less he knows about the people of this country.
