  2. When you pull a gun on police, they go into a whole new mode of defence and you wind up in a much worse position than you had been. It’s just not worth your life to try that stuff.

  4. Hi may well have seen the other car turning towards the median strip and had time to brake, if he had been obeying the road rules about phones while driving.

  5. If anyone spits on a cop today, it’s a whole different matter due to covid, but even back then, spit carries viruses and bacteria that cause diseases so it’s assaulting a police officer. Plus this guy was asking for it, repeatedly.

  11. Why do people make it so hard on themselves? Things could all go so smoothly if they just cooperated with Police officers and did as they asked, but no, you want to be combatant and scream and refuse to answer their basic questions, so you wind up much worse off. 😳
