It’s not hard to find a good GP and then stick with them for life. My family moved to this area in 1981 and once we found a good doctor through asking the local community who they recommend, that chosen GP became our family doctor. He’s working less hours these days because he’s getting closer to retirement, but his practice has eight doctors all working together and individually for the benefit of patients.

@petersargeant1555 Oh gosh! Sorry to hear that. It’s probably hard to get Aussies to work in rural areas than it is to find willing foreign doctors. Perhaps you can write to the Medical Bard and let them know your situation . They might be able to send a willing Aussie your way.
