It’s a walking video, there are loads of them on YouTube, so the camera is most likely on a bag or shoulder strap instead of up to the person’s face, which would let everyone know they were being recorded. I’ve already sent you a few links of walking videos around Sydney, in particular the Opera House and Bondi.
