  4. Many of those vans are owned by a small business and the owner allows his staff to drive it as part of his job. However not all of those staffers are level headed responsible drivers. They’re often older teens who feel a buzz driving a van that’s nit theirs and behave like hoons. Good luck explaining that to your boss, kid!
