Magpies that live around your home, recognise people as they come and go, and if she was the one who talked to them and fed them, they would be aware that someone had died. I love the maggies around my house. The parents and baby number 2 were in my yard a couple of hours ago, listening and feeding on the bugs in the soil. They can hear them! 🇦🇺🥰🥰

Ian, I googled a shopping mall in the US to see what it looked like. The search results gave me a map of how to get there, leaving Sydney and flying across the Pacific! ROTFL! Google, that’s not quite what I wanted!

Machine packed items can run out of certain lines, so the guy in charge of the machine must have fallen asleep on the job. I’ve never had that problem, personally.

Neither of them are crazy. Think about it, Ian, if you could bound across the land and leap seven feet over an obstacle, would you do it? Of course you would! It’s fun and free and you can go so fast! It depends where that cricket video was recorded, but while Australia doesn’t have any invasive species native to Australia, there’s one type from Africa that’s invasive and can swarm in the warmer months. This is why we are so strict with our Immigration, Customs and Border Security!

Ian, I’ve been to Canberra with my family and aside from visiting a few places like the Mint and the foreign embassies, the place is a nightmare to drive around. Dad wanted to take us to the movies - he and I were movie buffs - but although we could see the cinema as we drove past, we couldn’t find how to get there. After an hour of driving literally round and round and round, he gave up! My Dad, the man who used logic and reasoning to do everything and studied the roadmap before we went anywhere, surrendered to the impractical design of Canberra’s roads and we went back to our campsite then left for good the next morning. Google a street map of Canberra. If you don’t live there, you go nuts trying to find your way!
