  3. Avoid canned soft drinks because they are lined with a thin film of plastic which gradually dissolves so you actually drink it! I watched an experiment where the science guy put a can into acid and the can slowly dissolved but the drink was intact, contained within the plastic lining. This plastic comes under microplastics which are found in our oceans in microscopic form! That means all sea life is consuming it!
