  3. The Summer Roll is delicious but very hard when you first bite it, so be careful. You might like to cut it into short pieces with a sharp knife before eating it.

  5. Peppermint Crisp is delicious but be careful eating it because the mint toffee shards can be quite sharp, so maybe not for the little ones. Great as a topping for the pavlova, just pop it in a bag and give it a bash. Delicious either way!
