  1. Chicken salt on hot unsalted fries! Sprinkle on roast potatoes or mash. Not sure if you would taste a difference using it in liquids. Saxa salt is the biggest selling brand in Australia and has been for many decades. (Sacks of salt, Saxa salt) Chickadee is a well known brand of chicken salt. Don’t add chicken salt to already salted foods! Be sodium aware so you don’t consume too much! ❤️

  3. Boomerangs can travel hundreds of metres so if you want to try it, you need a big open area like an empty park or soccer field with no trees or people. You now need to research Aboriginal weapons and tools! Boomerangs are WEAPONS so be safe, keep your eyes on it if you throw and don’t let your kids anywhere in the vicinity!   4. Townies are a few roos short in the top paddock. Townies: Towns people Roos: Kangaroos. Paddock: field with a fence around it for farming and animal pastures. The expression means the same thing as other similar expressions like “a few screws loose” or “the lights are on but nobody’s home” - not the brightest person. In other words, city people have no clue about farming. Bundaberg Ginger Beer: Brewed soft drink (My favourite is their Sarsaparilla) - make sure the bottle has been standing still for hours before you open it, because if it’s been recently shaken or rattled about, it will spray all over you when you release the cap!
