  1. Dickie Knee’s character was named after a slang term for when you have a crook knee, aka a problematic knee. Hey Hey it’s Saturday began as a kids’ show on Saturday mornings but became so popular with all ages that it was moved to 8:30pm on Saturday nights for adults.
