  2. Pavilion Geelong: No alterations to menu items. Good to know, that stops me from ever eating there. I only dine where the chef understands my dietary needs and is willing to adapt a menu item so that I can safely enjoy my dinner. Any restaurant that rips you off, isn’t worth the paper their menu is written on.

  7. Ian, USD is not paper, it’s 25% cotton and 75% linen! How did you not know that? 😆🇦🇺🎄 I remember our paper money and it was the fresh ink we could smell, but it didn’t last long.

  8. The smallest note we have is a five dollar note. Loose change consists of $1 coins, $2 coins and fivers which easily results in $8.95. It can be done with five coins too.
