  3. Scorched Peanut Bars disappeared when the manufacturer folded but popular demand meant another company agreed to make them for us. Be very careful when you go to try one, the toffee is hard and fully embedded with peanuts, so nibble it from the corner to protect your teeth.

  4. Dukkah is a middle eastern thing, made from a blend of seeds and spices which can be sprinkled on cooked meats, salads and other savoury dishes. It comes in many flavours due to the wide variety of spices out there. The one you received is made with Aussie spices and seeds.
