  1. Lamingtons are even better when you whip some fresh cream with a little bit of sugar and vanilla, and then spread it generously inside the lamingtons, either opened where the jam is, or split with a knife and added. Yum!

  2. Ian and Dani, there’s a cartoon series for toddlers called POCOYO and most of the episodes are on the Pocoyo YouTube channel, one set is in English and the other set is in Spanish. The series is created in Spain. Pocoyo is a little boy in blue who has animal friends and learns lots of little lessons about life and loads of cute stories, each one about 7 minutes long.   3. Brisbane isn’t quite in the tropics. Look on a map of Australia for the Tropic of Capricorn and above that you’ll find all the tropical towns.

  8.  @robynjefferson4779  I’ve never seen anyone celebrate it and no kids have ever walked the streets where I live aside from once, forty five years ago. Also, being Catholics, our focus is always on All Saints’ Day and All Souls’s Day, never the 31st.
