  1. When a chef makes ganache, it only contains real chocolate, preferably Swiss or Belgian, plus fresh cream. You warm the chocolate and cream together to melt it and fold it in until fully combined. It’s decadent but delicious! The consistency is controlled by the amount of cream you add.   4. You should have bought a jar of whipping cream and whipped it at home with some vanilla and a little sugar. Much nicer than the aerosol types.
