  1. The biggest thing with Vegemite is to use it SPARINGLY! Amercians ply it on like Nutella and take a bite that seizes their mouths up! That jar of delicious, smooth black paste should look light tan when spread thinly on hot buttered toast. Start out with as little as possible, then you will learn to love it bite by bite.

The aboriginals have been in Australia for tens of thousands of years, so when the British arrived and set up camp, many of the native people were killed either in battle or when found on the now British properties. Many aboriginals refer to settlement as Invasion Day, but since there’s now no going back, so they’ve pretty much accepted British Australia as their country too, but trying to hold on tightly to their culture, much the same way that the Canadian First Nations have been doing.
