  1. I never eat Cadbury’s chocolate, I hate it because it turns phlegm-like in my throat and gets stuck there until I grab a hot cuppa and wash it down. Yuck! I tend to buy chocolate from local Australian chocolatiers because they make them from scratch right on their premises, or the chocolates from Lindt, Milka, and other European brands. The chocolates from Belgium and Switzerland are both exceptional.

  3.  @Derry_Aire  No, my throat is fine. It only happens with Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate. No other brands do that to me. I’m in my 70s and Cadbury’s DM has always had a slimy, congestive consistency.
