  1. The Imperial System came from the British Empire - empire = imperial. That alone is enough to make everyone wonder why you all cling so tightly to something British! So the 4th of July is now Almost Independence Day. 😂🤣😂🤣. Even the British have dumped their Imperial and switched to Metric.
