  1. Dani, do you ever drink tea? Try it without sugar and as much milk as it needs to remove the bitterness. Warm the milk if necessary so it doesn’t make your tea go cold. Tea has a refreshing and calming effect. Twinings Earl Grey or Orange Peko, or English Breakfast, are all good places to start. 😍🇦🇺
