  2. Ian, I’ve never seen Americans eat sausages, only hot dogs. Do you even have butchers in America? In Australia, our butchers make a variety of sausages in their shop and sell them to us. We can find beef, chicken, pork, lamb, and vegetarian, along with a variety of herbs and spice mixes that create lots of variety for our barbecues, etc. Even Bunnings uses butcher-made sausages! Did you notice her cutlery etiquette? It’s the same as in Britain and Australia.
