Because Sydney has a massive suburban sprawl, you can find a suburb that suits your prices and then explore that suburb to see what facilities, transport, shopping and general population are like in that area. Some are ridden with poverty and not a desirable location, while others have a great suburban feel, friendly people and lots of transport and facilities etc.

  3. Tasmania has great value for money because you can get a large property with a decent sized house but it’s a much cooler climate.

  4. You couldn’t live in Coober Pedy (peedy) unless you were actually mining, because it’s hotter there more days than the coast, and the kids would have nowhere to play. Plus there are thousands of deep holes that an adult can easily fall into, let alone a child.
