  1. Ian, that small coffee is an ACTUAL coffee, an espresso as it comes from the espresso machine. An espresso is the basis from which all the other styles are made including cappucino, latte, flat white, and macchiato, etc. Starbucks make espresso but they dilute it too much and add sugary things, making them into desserts! The coffee flavour, if it’s even included, is so diluted that you can’t taste real coffee.
