  20. A teacher at Imhotep quit. One of the shooters had threatened to tell him in school as did others. Plus other reasons. He started carrying a firearem. No metal detectors in the school, and the school does nothing. Of course, watt can U do with these types of kids. The prisons are not large enough to contain them. Let's see. The police wil not get involved because it is a school matter. Do the Phila Schools even have a security force???

  35. The Drug Gangs use young boys to deliver drugs. If this were the case, that could be the issue. If so, could have been on other gangs turf. Maybe money owed. The smallest thing could trigger this. I knew a guy in North Phila would make a call for a SuperBall, and a little while later a kid on a bike would show up and the transaction was done and the kid sped off. The gangs use them because they will not get caught themselves, and little if anythng will happen to the boy.
