The City tows all these cars that are legally parked when people are away,and those cars get stolen and get chopped for parts or go immediately to the Ports probably Jersey to go overseas in containers. So why not just tow these broken down cars. There must be an ordnance for that. The City loves to tow cars.

  22. Isn't this right across from City Hall where cops used to be on every corner. One guy I knew pinched a woman crossing the street on the corner across from City Hall, and a cop arrested him. He was pretty drunk. When he went to court the Judge, asked him why. He said, because I let my fingers do my talking. The Judge said: "Thirty days."

  37. Where is the facial recognition? Is that a big fake.? Years ago I traveled all Phila all the combat zones. The news showed a picture of a guy at a bank machine in S. Phila. I recognized the guy. How is it the police did not know this guy? I did not know the guy but recognize him from the streets of S. Phila. The Police really don't want to take these guys down. Maybe he was one of the guys on the street paying off the police.

  38. When Jewelry Stores are robbed in malls, why is there no alarm button to ring across the mall. That alerts security and police that a robbery is going on, and they can stop them. Likely, the robbers will run out the door and out of the mall when the alarm goes off. You don't have to be very smart to figger dis out. Reply
