  3. putin Ignored the 1994 Budapest agreement, therefore President Zelensky and the People of Ukraine will decide what Peace Plan is acceptable to them.....Putin (The Russian Dictator) must leave all of the Ukraine including Crimea and take his Warmongering Allies with him.
