  1. Paul Ainsworth-Lord (Letting agent) first states that with commercial property you don't have to go through the Courts for unpaid rent, just send in the bailiffs. I have been a commercial landlord for over 30 years and he is so wrong. The bailifs will not get involved unless you have a High Court Order to evict, the letting agent does not know the law

  2. The landlord who owned the flat which was evicting the tenants for unpaid rent, should have visited the property after two months of no rent. She should have then set up an agreement with tenants to pay her directly avoiding the scam of the letting agent problem solved..

The two lady letting agents who visited that filthy house one of them had the nerve to touch the carpet after witnesseng the dog peeing on the floor during their last vist, she then said (like it was some sort of surprise) oh it's wet, my knees are wet. And thse are your experienced letting agents  🙄
