  2. Further: Excuse my ignorance and understanding of what the definition of a "War Crime" is. Surely what Putin is doing to Ukraine constitutes this and yet Nato and the UN are still scratching their heads together deciding on whether or not to charge or label him with this title.Putin is making us all look like fools while he continues with his Murderous Destructive campaign. I say the time for these discussions are over, whilst yet more discussions are taking place, Putin destroys more of the Ukraine and Murders more of its Citizens. Come on Nato/UN we want to see action and not more words.
