Putin thinks he is calling the shots, I hope the Ukraine say NO.....Putin rained missiles down all over Christmas and New Year with no regard or respect for the Civilians of the Ukraine or his own Russian teenagers who he forced to fight in his war. Further we almost every Country in the World know he can't be trusted and this is just another one of his tactics to get his troops re armed.... Love and best wishes to the Ukraine from the Uk...
